This girl’s sleeveless dress is by luxury children’s clothing designer Halabaloo for size 8. I think it originally retailed for $140, (although one seller said it was $185.) The lining is a cotton candy pink satin with a sheer white tulle layer then another sheer white mesh overlay that looks like lace. Someone embroidered flowers on that mesh and topped the embroidery with iridescent sequins that change color in the light. There’s a scalloped hem with more sequins. I noticed a few sequins missing from the hem. I’m sure there are other sequins missing, but I didn’t see any more.
