Purchased approximately 5 years ago at a domestic outlet store.
Used about 5 or 6 times.

It has been stored in a dust bag in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
Also, it was stored with the stuffing that was provided at the time of purchase, so it is unlikely to have lost its shape.
