The action figures are part of the "Legends of the West" line produced by Empire Toys (also associated with Excel Toy and Carolina Enterprises). They are 4-inch "Realistic Action Poseable Figures" released in the mid-to-late 1970s and early 1980s.
The figures visible in the image include several historical and legendary Old West figures:

Davy Crockett
Jesse James
Cochise
Wyatt Earp (loose figure with the white hat)
These vintage figures are highly collectible.
All figures may have been taken out as cello is coming off or off most so it may be missing small guns ext that I’m unaware of. Please look at all pics as they are the best description.
