Small Victorian dress. Brand new, I bought it last year and decided not wear it. Tags have been removed. Corset tie in front to allow many sizes on the upper torso. I will include the slip that I used in the photo also the slip was one I had made for a different costume. The slip has some wear and tear on it but it is still functional and fixable. It just needs to be resewn in a few places (see picture on one of the places).
