This is an Asahi Optical Super-Multi-Coated Takumar 28mm F3.5 lens. The mount is M42. I purchased it used around 2004.
The exterior is in good condition for its age. There is some minor paint wear, but no major dents. The helicoid rotates smoothly with no uneven torque. The aperture also moves smoothly.
When looking through the optics, there are a few small spot-like patches of mold, but no haze. There is some dust. Also, there is one streak-like line that doesn't move even when blown with a blower, so I think it's inside the lens.
Considering the above conditions, I would say it's in average condition overall.
I have uploaded many photos, so please check the condition carefully. The photos looking through the lens didn't come out well with a smartphone camera. The only included accessory is the rear cap.
