Toni Todd vintage 1970's high low peplum dress

This pretty Toni Todd dress is from the early 1970's. The solid union label date it to before 1974. It has a 1990's vibe with the large shoulder pads. perfect date night or special occasion dress. Missing belt. It has loops on the side. Shown with a simple black belt I have here. The top is 100% acetate, the skirt is 100% polyester. Machine wash. The crinkle satiny top is white with black and turquoise/green roses. Solid black skirt with back vent. Back zip. Long tapered sleeves. High low peplum waist. The back has a unexpected key hole opening and cross over button closure at the top. Marked size 10, today size 4/6. Please use measurements to insure a good fit. It measures 40" long, 24 1/2" from the waist. 16 1/4" across the top of the shoulders. 22" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18" across under the arms, 13 1/2" at the waist, 19 1/2" at the hips.
